Grinnell College | Landscape Master Plan

This vision plan provides a framework for transforming the character of a decentralized campus into an activated network of social spaces and ecologically rich landscapes. The design vision celebrates the unique prairie setting and integrates the prairie plant community into the heart of the collegiate campus. The planning process included engagement of stakeholders and the broader campus community in a series of conversations about aspirations. Team developed multiple concepts and narrowed to a preferred concept by consensus. The vision plan included quantifying budgets for plan components and a series of interactive exercises aimed at establishing priorities and nailing down a multi-year schedule for capital expenditures
